  • Hired and led a team of three designers across consumer product, the internal HR-manager platform, and the onboarding revenue engine
  • Built Pollen, the design system that ran across both product surfaces in Figma, Storybook, and code
  • Designed the onboarding funnel that drove the business: an adaptive flow with conversational, guided, and bulk modes, plus OCR-based document processing for larger accounts

  • Co-founded a pet-telehealth product: the founders approached the four-person software shop I ran, and I merged it in as co-founder and Head of Product
  • Led design across native iOS, native Android, and the browser-based clinical portal. Built the iOS and provider-portal frontends. Shaped the brand the product launched under
  • Recruited US-distributed veterinarians as equity partners before any code was written; their practical insight shaped the compliance model and clinical workflow, and they were the first providers at launch
  • Placed about 6,000 vet consultations and saved at least 10 animals' lives; reached 20,000 registered users with national press in Yahoo Finance, Forbes, and Fierce Pharma. US VCPR law (a preexisting in-person-exam requirement) stopped the remote-only model

  • Led product design and front-end engineering for a complete rebuild of myESC, the laboratory management system at the largest environmental testing lab in the US

  • At 24, my three-person studio won a five-agency pitch for the year-one festival anchoring Tony Hsieh's Downtown Project
  • Owned every visual surface: brand identity, the Heart logo, 10,000+ pieces of signage across 18 city blocks, stage graphics, and the merchandise line
  • Built the festival's CMS on .NET with a REST API feeding the website I designed and built, plus the native mobile app shipped by a separate team
  • 70,000 people on opening day. The Heart was on free tattoos by midday with 30 to 40 people in line to get one
